Leslie Shawn Grayson

MOORESBORO - Leslie Shawn Grayson, 52, native of Cleveland County, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Atrium Healthcare Cleveland. She was born to Barbara McCraw and the late Kenneth McCraw.

Leslie leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Chris Martin; sons, David Grayson (Molly) and Tyler Grayson; daughter, Kayla Grayson; granddaughter, Patricia Grayson; grandsons, John Grayson and Arthur Grayson; granddaughters, Ariel Rose Grayson and Bryleigh Jo Grayson; grandson, Bo (Gary) Spangler; mother, Barbara McCraw.

Leslie was a lover of life and all it had to offer. She loved her children and grandchildren above all else, but wouldn't turn down a peanut butter sweet or gummy bear. A self described hippie, her love of animals earned her the nickname "MooMoo". A good book, music, traveling to the beach and mountains, communing with her plants and spoiling her family brought her joy. She was one of a kind and those who were lucky enough to meet her knew her love and she - and her smile - will be missed forever.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 1:00 PM at Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church, 1642 Sulphur Springs Road, Shelby, NC 28152 (in the Picnic Area) on Saturday, May 07, 2022.
