Peggie Dianne (Hayes) Hayes

KINGS MOUNTAIN - Peggie Dianne Hayes, 70, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Testa Hospice House, Kings Mountain surrounded by her loving family. She was born to the late Anderson "Shady" and Sara "Nell" Dellinger Hayes on February 29, 1947 in Cleveland County, NC. She is also predeceased by one son, Wendell Parish.

Peggie leaves behind to cherish her memories her sister, Sandra Hayes; one brother, Andy Hayes; one nephew, Timothy Mark Watkins; one great-nephew, Joshua "Josh" Garrett Flynn.

She was a member of Penley's Chapel Inc. in Kings Mountain. She enjoyed searching and shopping on the internet, buying clothes online, in-store, yard sale, thrift shop and on television, and she loved to eat at her favorite restaurant, "On the Border". She was a warm and good hearted lady that will truly be missed but will live on in our hearts.

A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Penley's Chapel Inc., 1508 North Piedmont Avenue, Kings Mountain, NC 28086 with Rev. Doug Allen officiating.
