Tony Leroy Haney

Tony Haney passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at the age of 68. He was born Wednesday, August 28, 1957 to his late parents Furman John "Bud" Haney and Etta Ruth Wilson Haney. 

Left to cherish his memory are his wife Jenis Haney, Sister Mary Ruth Burelson, children; Dustan Haney (Samantha), Danielle Haney, Robyn Hanson and Eric Ponder (Sarah). Grandchildren; Aaron Haney, Scarlett Haney, Ruth Haney, LeDarius Lynch, Davie Hanson, Avery Hanson, Sophia and Kristina Stamey. As well as many nieces and nephews.

In life he enjoyed watching nascar, fishing, and camping at Lake James and Cherokee and visiting the beach. He enjoyed being with his family and friends and will be missed dearly by those who knew him.
