LAWNDALE - Timothy Ray Wilson, 57, born on March 21, 1963 passed away on Monday, November 02, 2020 at his home in Lawndale, NC. 

He is survived by one daughter, Amber Wilson Poteet of Morganton, NC; two grandchildren, Hannah Wilson and Ayden Poteet of Morganton; parents, James and Irene Wilson of Lawndale, NC; one brother, James Allen Wilson and wife Mary of Morganton, NC; one sister, Christine Saunders and husband Colon of Morganton, NC; four nephews, Daniel and Steven Wilson, Alex and Christopher Saunders; one niece, Casandra Saunders, MD.

Timothy was a good down-hearted country boy who loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing, He could shoot anything miles away with one shot. He was a great craftsman with wood and he loved to refinish old gun stocks and make them look brand new. He was a down-to-earth, respectful and kind. happy soul that just loved sitting back on the porch out in the country enjoying the wonderful sounds of nature.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, The Wilson's aka, Ma and Pa Price and Ma and Pa Wilson.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at St. Paul Baptist Church, 337 Hull Road, Casar, NC 28020.
