Steven "Steve" David Hamrick

KINGS MOUNTAIN - Steven "Steve" David Hamrick, 55, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022 while at Hospice of Wendover, Shelby. He is predeceased by his father, Kenneth Hamrick; brother, Rick Hamrick; paternal grandparents, Mary Jane and Wilbur Hamrick; maternal grandparents, Jack and Elouise Huffstetter.

Steve leaves behind to cherish his memories his spouse, Reba Hamrick; mother, Carolyn Camp; sister, Tammy Ward; brother-in-law, Randy Ward; nieces, Amber Helman and Jennifer Styers.

Steve enjoyed spending time at the beach, camping in Colorado and 4-wheeling. When it came to cooking out, Steve was an amazing chef. A couple hangouts of Steve's was Broad River and Kings Mountain Battleground. Overall, Steve loved being surrounded by family, while being outdoors, cooking out and listening to music. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, December 03, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Fairfield Inn Marriott, 1715 East Dixon Boulevard, Shelby, NC. Friends and family gather to release balloons immediately following the service.
