Scott Howard Skipper

Scott Howard Skipper, 43, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. He was born to the late Herman Skipper, Jr. and Jaclyn Lorenz Skipper in Buncombe County. 

Left behind to cherish his memory is his daughter, Makayla Skipper Toney and husband, Bradley Toney; brother, Herman Skipper; sisters, Melissa Skipper, Heather Carroll and Donna Skipper; granddaughter, Bellany Toney; extended family, Anne Frazier and Johnny Frazier.

Scott enjoyed running his own business, Shine 365, LLC. He also enjoyed gardening, fixing up cars, joking and making others laugh. More than anything, he loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his daughter and granddaughter. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Private Family Services will be held at a later date.
