Sarah Diane (Morrow) Brittain

MOORESBORO - Sarah Diane Brittain, age 76, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at Hospice of Carolina Foothills. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Ernst and Margie Morrow as well as one daughter, Vickie Brittian.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 60 years, Walter Brittian; sons, Gene Brittian (Crystal) of Mooresboro and Timmy Brittian (Samantha) of Ellenboro; grandchildren, Justin, Tina, Dillin, David, Sammy, Kathern, Tony, Johathan, August, Alex, Layla, Gabby as well as 18 great-grandchildren.

Sarah was a devoted member of Word of Prayer Church in Shelby. She loved to sing and could be found at Hamrick's Store in Mooresboro bringing joy to anyone that came along. She enjoyed auctions with her husband and spending time with children and grandchildren, which she spoiled with goodies. She touched many lives and will forever remain in our hearts.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at House of Prayer on Delaware Drive off of Fallston Road, Shelby, NC 28150. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m.. Burial held immediately following the service at the church cemetery.
