Samuel "Sam" Tyler Newton

SHELBY - Samuel "Sam" Tyler Newton, 28, 2022 departed his earthly home on Friday, July 01, 2022 at home. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Samuel "Sam" Cody of Shelby. Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Michael and Dolores Newton; brothers, Richie Webb (Nikki) and Skylar Ramsey; nephew, Barrett Webb; grandmothers, Judy Cody and Kay Newton; grandfathers, Steven Durbin and Holmer Chapman; several aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him like a brother; his beloved dog, Tank. He will forever be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Sam always had a big grin on his face. He loved his family and cherished his special time with them, especially his only nephew, Barrett. He loved taking rides with Tank. He attended ballgames in support of his cousins. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was an avid NASCAR fan with Kyle Busch being his favorite driver. He also enjoyed landscaping. 

The family received friends at Hope Community Church in Shelby, A Memorial Service followed. Family and friends shared special memories at the end of the service.
