Ronald Leon Bowen, Sr., 65, passed away on Sunday, April 09, 2023 while at Atrium Healthcare Cleveland. He was born to the late William Donald Bowen and Della Holtzclaw in Rutherford County. He is also predeceased by his grandparents, William Donald Bowen and Mary Bell Bowen; brothers, Eddie Bowen and Paul Bowen; sister, Shirley Bowen.
Ronald leaves behind to cherish his memories his son, Ronald Leon Bowen, Jr.; daughter, Pamela Carver and husband, Bradley Carver; grandsons, Caleb Bowen, Joshua Carver and wife, Tiffany Truelove, and Todd Carver; granddaughter, Caitlyn Bowen; great-grandson, Braxton Carver, Reece Carver and Oaklyn Carver; great-granddaughter, Maddie Havro; brother, Alan Bowen and wife, Rita Bowen; sisters, Debra Blanton and husband, Joe Blanton and Faye E. Toney; numerous nieces and nephews.
He loved to fish and work on cars his way. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Robert Morgan - Rutherford Chapel, 124 Fair Hope Street, Forest City, NC.
