Phillip Ray Parker

POLKVILLE - Phillip "Phil" Ray Parker passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Atrium Health Cleveland. Phil was 56 years old. He is predeceased by his parents, Alford Parker, Sr and Dorthy Rogers Parker.

He was a good man known to help others in need.

Phil is survived by brothers, Howard Parker, Mike Parker, Buster Parker and Alfred Jr.; sisters, Sandra Bowling, Janice Emory and Judy Ellis; lots of nieces and nephews.

The Family will have a Private Service special Thanks to Southco Company.
