SHELBY - Oliver Daniel Owensby, Jr., 62, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023 while at his home. He was born in Winder, GA to the late Oliver Daniel Owensby, Sr. and Robbie Lee Hales Owensby. He is also predeceased by his sister, Amelia June Owensby.

Oliver leaves behind numerous friends.

He worked in Public Utilities Maintenance for the City of Shelby.
