SHELBY - Nancy Jane Hewitt Stallings, 71, native of Cleveland County, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021 at her home. She is predeceased by her spouse, Russell Stallings; parents, Joe Hewitt, Sr. and Betty Plyler Hewitt; brother, Joe Hewitt, Jr.; sister-in-law, Susan Nutter.

Nancy leaves behind to cherish her memories her sons, Jason and Cindy Bailey and Trevor and Traci Walker; sister, Andy and Mary Goodwin; special friends, Sherry Dotson and Kay Spangler; canine, J.J.

She worked as a Newspaper Typesetter for most of her life. She enjoyed being around friends at the VFW and loved Cherry Grove. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
