Melissa Sue Beatty

Melissa Sue Beatty passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025 while at her home surrounded by her loving and devoted family. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Addison Moore Beatty and Virginia Inverso Beatty; older brother, Addison Wayne Beatty; grandparents, John Inverso (Clara South Inverso) and Richard C. Beatty (Genivea "Neva" Dunfee Beatty). 

She is survived by her sisters, Pearl Beatty Buchanan (Richard), Sharon Curtis (Pat), sister, Grace Thomas Barlow (Bobby) and Sharon Curtis (Pat); brothers, Timmy Beatty (Kim) and Ron Beatty; numerous nieces and nephews; numerous great-nephews and great-nieces; Fanny Moniek and other extended family.

She loved to play cards, do word searches, cook and bake, watching her nieces and nephews, and playing the trumpet.

Private Services will be held at a later date.
