MOORESBORO - Martin Venegas Villa, 65, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at his home. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Charlotte Harris; father, Ismael Venegas Hernandez and Ofelia Villa Perez.

Martin leaves behind to cherish his memories his brother, Marcelo Venegas Villa; sister, Juana Villa; brother, Martimiano Venegas Villa; brother, Fabian Venegas Villa; sister, Justina Venegas; sister, LupeVenegas; brother, Beto Venegas Villa; granddaughter, Rozanna Ortiz and 10 other grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; step-daughter, Peggy Ortiz; step-son, Bruce Harris; step-daughter, Sherry Phelps.

Martin, nicknamed Tony, was a doating grandfather to all of his grandchildren. He leaves many friends from his 34 year career at Fast Foods in Forest City and many other friends with which he shared his faith from the Fairview Missionary Methodist Church in Cliffside, the Missionary Wesleyan Church of Forest City and the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Forest City. He will forever remain in our memories and hearts.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1024 W Main St, Forest City, NC 28043. The Rosary will be held at 3:00 PM at Robert Morgan Funeral and Cremation Service,132 East College Avenue, Shelby, NC 28152 on Friday, October 30, 2020.
