Kent Davis Obituary

SHELBY - Kent Dean Davis passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 3rd 2021 in Wendover Hospice House in Shelby, North Carolina at age of 65.

Kent is survived by one sister, Sandra Kaye Davis Faughn (Larry) of The Villages, Florida; two nieces, Melanie Lee Faughn Hartlein (Dave) of Suwanee, Georgia and Melisa Lynn Faughn Somers (Mickey) of Richardson, Texas; one nephew, Matthew Ryan Faughn (Tess) of Spanaway, Washington; two great-nieces, Jessica Lyn Hartlein Teague (Tim) of Ball Ground, Georgia and Abigail Claire Hartlein of Athens, Georgia; one great-great nephew, Jude Wilder Teague of Ball Ground, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Otis Davis and Helen T. Grugen Davis.

For the majority of his life he worked as an Iron Worker. He will truly be missed by his family and friends.
