Kelly (Farquhar) Cappelletti

FORT MILL, SC - Kelly Farquhar Cappelletti, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Atrium Healthcare - Pineville.

Kelly leaves behind to cherish her memories her children, Braxton Farquhar (Jennifer) of Gastonia, NC, Thomas "TJ" Caune and fiance Olivia Ledbetter of Concord, NC and Colton Cappelletti of Concord, NC; grandchildren: Julian Farquhar of Gastonia, NC; parents: Terry Farquhar of Charlotte, NC and Von Sumner of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Renee Covington of Fort Mill, SC; Liz Demby (Jimmy) of Charlotte, NC and Caroline Duda (Nathan) of Crosby, TX; five nieces and two nephews.

Kelly was a fun, free-spirited woman that loved spending quality time with her friends and family. Kelly was always very ambitious and achieved a degree in business with distinction from Pfeiffer University. Her love of learning continued into her passion for history. Kelly loved traveling to state parks, first settlements, and historical sites to learn the rich history that is to be found there. For several years, Kelly was employed as a Parts and Procurement Manager over Lynx Light Rail for the City of Charlotte. Kelly also worked in the private sector as a Financial Analyst for Lance. Over the years, she had special interest in jewelry making, cooking, reading, and gardening. If you could not find Kelly at home, she was likely sitting on the beach under an umbrella. Kelly had a beautiful smile and touched the lives of all who knew her. Gone too soon, she will be dearly missed by her friends and family.
