Karen Yvonne (Stidham) Pendleton

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Karen Yvonne Pendleton (Stidham), who left us peacefully at the age of 76. 

A beloved mother, grandmother, and Great Grandmother. Karen was a nurse as well as an EMT and was known for her unwavering kindness,  love, and remarkable strength. 

She dedicated her life to her family and is survived by her children Leslie Heffner and Greg Stidham, Grandchildren Tia Scruggs and Whitney Powers, Great Grandchildren Macie and Bryson Scruggs.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Louise and Ray Pendleton, and her brother Phillip Pendleton. 

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 14, 2024 in the chapel at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 2622 New Prospect Church Road, Shelby, NC 28150. Time of fellowship following.
