Johnny Solon White

LAWNDALE - Johnny Solon White, 71, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 23, 2022 while at Wendover Hospice of Shelby, NC. He was born on August 28, 1951 to the late Claude A. White and Lula R. White. He is also predeceased by one brother, Von White.

Johnny leaves behind to cherish his memories his spouse, Mary Sue Crotts White; daughters, Susan White Hudson and Karen White Matthews (Keith); grandsons, Joseph White of the home, Travis Hudson and Justin Matthews; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Selma Beaver (Virgil), Sarah Hall, Linda Smith and Sybil Blanton; brother, Freddie White; special friend, Perry Collins.

He was a Textile worker at Esther Mill and also worked at Bernhardt Furniture. He loved to racoon hunt and fish in his younger years. He will hold a forever place in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 05, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Christian Fellowship Church, Philadelphia Church Road, Lawndale, NC.
