Johnny Ray Anderson

MOUNT HOLLY, NC - Johnny Ray Anderson, 75, peacefully passed away on Friday, April 09, 2021 at his home. He is predeceased by his wife, Faye Ruth Anderson; parents, John L. and Sallie Adams Anderson.

Johnny leaves behind to cherish his memories his present wife of nine years, Joyce Howell Anderson; daughters, Linda F. Ellison and Donnie Ellison, Danny and Sonya Anderson, Patricia L. Brown and Marlin Brown and Melissa M. White and Jamie White; nine grandchildren, Donovan Ellison, Shannon Ellison, Carrie Anderson, Jonathan Schoenholtz, Josh Shoenholtz, Noah Smith, Danielle Brown, Justin White, and Katelyn White; nine great-grandchildren; brothers, Carson Anderson and Lewis Anderson.

He retired from Parkdale Mills. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Promised Land Baptist Church, 1024 Modena Street, Gastonia, NC with Senior Pastor Harold Blankenship officiating.
