Janet Carol (Miller) Robinson

BURLINGTON, NC - Janet Carol Miller Robinson, 67, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.  She was born in Miami, Florida to the late Jack and Helen Rudnicki Miller.

Always wanting to be a mom, Janet is survived by her daughter Brittney (Jeffery) Henderson.  She also leaves behind to cherish her memories her sister, Linda Miller Nuckles, and brothers, Jerry Miller and Jack Miller.

Janet loved chihuahuas and monkeys, most recently her Chihuahua Bella.  She was known for making jokes, loved talking with people and enjoyed music.  Her favorite singer was Elvis Presley.  Janet also enjoyed watching baseball and rooting for her favorite team, the Atlanta Braves.  She enjoyed many other interests such as crocheting, writing, traveling, dancing, the TV show M*A*S*H, reading James Patterson and taking in all the Christmas movies, music and snow during the Holidays.  She passed down her recipe for a truly wonderful Thanksgiving sandwich.  Early in life she won trophies for barrel racing and later went on to become a nurse and realtor.  Janet will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Immaculate Conception in Forest City, NC.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral.  Burial will follow at the Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.
