KINGS MOUNTAIN - James Edward Suddreth Jr., 63, of Kings Mountain, NC returned to his heavenly home on August 25, 2020. Jim was a retired truck driver of 38 years. Jim enjoyed motorcycle rides, visiting his family and always making everyone laugh. He will be remembered most for playing tricks and pestering the ones he loved, especially his grandchildren.

Jim is preceded in death by his father, James Edward Suddreth Sr.; grandmothers,  Myrtle Dohse, and Mattie Pearl Perry; cousin, Jimmy Chapman; uncle, Freddy Hickstein; aunt, Peggy Branson; aunt, Wanda and uncle Ray Domin; neice, Jan Lowery; nephew, Mathew Cullen; lifetime best friend, Greg Parnell.

Survivors include his mother, Edna Modean Suddreth of the home; daughter: Angela (Doug) Clark and grandchildren Trenton and Emerald Clark all of Wister, OK; sisters, Lynne "wonderwoman"(Chuck "Superman") Wilson of the home, Donna Morris of Chickasaw OK, Sharon (Jeff) Koch of West Chicago, Il and Karen (Ron) Shultz of Gastonia, NC; nieces, Jessica (Alex) Bonham of Shelby, NC and Jacklyn Linn of Chickasha, OK; nephews, Jamie Wilson of Kings Mountain. NC, Chad (Stephanie) Wilson and children Dylan, Brayden and Lindsey of Kings Mountain, NC and Heath (Micah) Wilson and children Rylee and Brantley of Seagove, NC; aunt, Lola Hickstein; cousin, Dean (Melanie) Hickstein of Janesville, WI; cousins, Mike (Lorrie) Domin of Clover, SC,and Sheri (Allan) Bingham of Gastonia, NC; uncle, Rick Branson of Gastonia, NC; cousins, Vikki (Ronnie) Queen, Pammy (Malcolm) Paul, Wendy Brason all of Gastonia, NC, and Ricky "Butch" (Suzanne) Branson of Luttrell, TN; special friends, Ray Wilson of the home, David (Kari) Harris and children Wyatt and Garrett  of Rock Hill, SC, Deanna Kirby of Rock Hill, SC, Marybel Gonzalez of Gastonia, NC and David (Nancy) Carter of Denver, NC.

Survivors  also include his mom, Dottie (Raymond) Nelson of Dandridge, TN; sister, Maggie Lovelace of Jefferson, City TN; brothers, John (Sharon) Cullen of Carosbad, NM and children Angie and Jeremy, Danny (Lisa) Larsen of Clinton, TN and children Dreama, Shanna, Danielle and Rayanne, Lenny (Rodenia) Larsen of Chickasaw, OK and children Richard, Steven, and Amanda; a host of many cousins, friends and loved ones. 

A Memorial Service will be scheduled for a later date.
