Hugh Proctor, Jr.

Hugh Proctor, Jr., passed away on Friday, June 09, 2023 while at Atrium Healthcare Cleveland surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He was born in Connecticut to the late Hugh Proctor, Sr. and Martha Gentry Proctor. He is also predeceased by one daughter, Jerrica Proctor.

Left behind to cherish his memories are his spouse,  Keri Champagne; son, Justin Proctor; daughter, Justine Proctor; son, Jerrett Proctor; son, Joshua Proctor; 9 grandchildren.

Hugh, Jr. worked as a Cook. He enjoyed going to the beach. He was strong-willed and stubborn at times but he also had an enormous heart. He was generous, loyal and brave. Hugh will be remembered for all the "Heart" he shared with family and friends.
