Howard "Howie" Fullard Obituary

Howard "Howie" Douglas Fullard, 39, unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 while at Atrium Healthcare Cleveland. 

Howard was born on December 29, 1985 in Washington DC to Georgia Fullard and Mark King, Sr. He attended PG County Elementary School before moving to South Carolina n the early 90's. He finished his education in Aiken County Public Schools. After high school Howard relocated to Forest City, NC until his untimely death. Howard loved family especially encouraging his nephews in sports. He was a basketball player himself before his tragic accident in 2009. Not only did Howard enjoyed the game, he was also great dancer. As a child, Howard was fascinated with animals. He could tell you all about them, especially dogs. Howard will forever be known for his fearless protector demeanor and strength through adversity.

 He is proceeded in death by his maternal grandparents, Burneise Smith and Richard Fullard; paternal grandparents, Howard King Sr. and Everlynn King; uncles, Phillip Smith, Wayne King and Montey Fullard; aunts, Janet Smith Satterwhite, and Joy King; niece, Navaeh Fullard; closes cousin, Nathaniel Rasper, Jr. 

Howard leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Georgia Fulllard; father, Mark King, Sr.; 3 children, Howard Fullard, Brionna Fullard and Kinora Fullard; 2 grandchildren all of Forest City NC; 2 sisters, Felisha Fullard of Duncan, SC and Selina Dikey and husband Myron of Simpsonville; brother, Mark King, Jr. and wife Tab of Forest City, NC; uncles, Joseph Barnes, Sr. and wife Birde of Ohio,Wayman Smith, of Washington DC, and Richard Fullard of Charleston; aunts, Maria King of Washington, DC and Jewel King; nieces, Desiray King of Florida and Seliya Dickey; nephews, Zion Fullard, Micah Fullard, Myrell Dickey, JJaceon Dickey; a host of cousins and other family members that love Howard dearly.
