Gabriela Cecilia (Garcia) Fricks

BESSEMER CITY - Gabriela Cecilia Fricks, 82, of Bessemer City, N.C. passed away at Gaston Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.  She was born August 3, 1940 in Santa Barbara, California. She is preceded in death by her parents, Rosie Olmos Garcia and Nieto Gabriel Garcia; grandson, Eric Javier Brewer.

Gabriela leaves behind to cherish her memories her daughters, Cecila Vanwinkle, Victoria Sheldon and Roxann Ramirez; son, Leslie Gabriel Garcia; four grandchildren, Scottie D. Brewer, Christopher, J.C. Jr. and Augelique.

She worked in Healthcare as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). She Loved her Chihuahuas. She lived with her daughter Roxann Ramirez. She was able to spend time with three of her great-grandchildren, Landon, Peyton and Wesley Brewer. She loved spending time with her family. She will truly be missed.
