Floyd David Davis

SHELBY - Floyd David Davis, age 76, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Atrium Healthcare Cleveland in Shelby surrounded by his family. He is predeceased in death by his father, Leo Gordon Davis; mother, Gladys Ray Davis; late wife, Kaye Davis; sons, Scott Davis and Brent Allen; daughters, Tammy Camp and Barbie Allen.

He is survived by his two sisters, Loretta Humphries of Cherryville and Meritta Blanton and husband Don Blanton of Ellenboro; daughter, Debbie Messick; two sons, Skeeter Camp and Tim Camp; fifteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He loved to dance, fish and hunt. He will forever be in our hearts.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM at Allen Memorial Baptist Church, 1222 Long Branch Road, Grover, NC 28073 with Rev. Alan Davis officiating on Thursday, July 14, 2022. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM at Robert Morgan Funeral and Cremation Service, 132 East College Avenue, Shelby, NC 28152 prior to the service.
