Evelyn Biddy

MOORESBORO - Six Points Community resident Evelyn Peeler Biddy, 71, died Thursday, October 29, 2020, from Covid-19 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.

At her request, no services will be held. 

Evelyn was born February 05, 1949, on Race Path Road in the same house where her father grew up, on the same farm where she would live most of her life and raise 2 sons as well. She graduated from Limestone College and Presbyterian College and served as a Registered Nurse for her entire working career.

Evelyn is survived by two sisters, Betty Ann Peeler and Cathy Gibson and her husband Greg; two sons, Chris Peeler along with his wife Emily, and Bill Peeler; as well as two grandchildren, Zane Peeler and Lilli Peeler.  

She is preceded in death by her parents, Barney and Bonnie Peeler, as well as her husband Joe Biddy. 

Through the years, Evelyn was active in the Order of the Eastern Star, as well as the Rutherford County Democrat Party. She loved to cook and bake, often winning ribbons from local baking contests. She dearly loved her family, friends, and community where she spent most of her life. She will be greatly missed.
