SHELBY - Donald James Covington, 63, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Peak Resources, Shelby, NC. He was born to the late, James and Thelma Byrams Covington.

Donald leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife, Lashun Covington; three daughters, Crystal Dawn Covington, Kristy Joy Covington and Kristina Star Covington.

He served in the United States Marines. Then he became self-employed in Martial Arts that he enjoyed thoroughly. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
