Deborah Venice Spears

ELLENBORO - Deborah Venice Spears, age 54, a native of Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 09, 2020 at Hospice of Carolina Foothills surrounded by her loving family. She is predeceased by her father, Harold Eugene Spears.

Deborah was raised on a Tobacco farm. She went on, attended college and became an LPN. She liked to play cards and made a friend wherever she went. She lived life to the fullest. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Deborah leaves behind to cherish her memories her son, Austin Daniel Spears Groome of Ellenboro, NC; daughter, Camilla Dawn Spears of Asheville, NC; mother, Freda Akers Spears; brother, John S. Spears of Ellenboro, NC; sister, Cheri Monique Skidmore; nephew, Sammy Romney; niece, Olivia Spears; special friend, Linda Miles Davis.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Robert Morgan Funeral and Cremation Service, LLC, 132 East College Avenue, Shelby, NC 28152 with Rev. Michael Sepaugh.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made Hospice of Carolina Foothills.
