David Milton Phillips, Jr.

David Milton Phillips Jr., born July 18, 1961, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deana Phillips; his parents, David and Betsy Phillips Sr.; sister, Virginia Eileen Phillips.

He is survived by his sons, David Joseph Phillips and Daniel Phillips.

David will be lovingly remembered by his extended family, including many devoted cousins. His legacy lives on through the family he cherished, the memories he created, and the love he gave so freely.
