Brigitte Dee St. Clair

Brigitte Dee St. Clair, 63, passed away on Monday, July 10, 2023 while at Select Specialty Hospital in Greensboro.   She was born in Kirksville, Missouri to the late Larry St. Clair and Rosalie (Yeager) Magers.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, Dallas Surgeon; daughter, Nichole Surgeon and son-in-law, Joseph; grandchildren, Kyrie Henry and Khloie Henry; brothers, Kevin (Kina) St. Clair, and Jody Magers; sisters, Rhonda St. Clair and Toni (Jay) Matticks.

Brigitte was a 1978 graduate of Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, Missouri and a 1982 graduate of Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.  Her very special niece, Robin Elkthunder, expressed it well by saying, "Brigitte did such an amazing job being all that she was - a daughter, sister, aunt, mom, grandma and everything.  Such a bright and loving soul, she will be remembered for her kindness and all the love and joy she brought into our lives.  We are all very lucky to have had her in our life and family."

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at Springmore Baptist Church, 651 McBrayer Homestead Road, Shelby, North Carolina beginning at 2:00 p.m.

A Celebration of Life will also be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at the American Legion Building, 128 E. Sanders Street, La Plata, Missouri beginning at 1:00 p.m. Services are out-of-town, please do not send flowers.
