Betty Jane (Parker) Sipes

Betty Jane Parker Sipes, 81, passed away on Sunday, June 04, 2023 while at her home surrounded by her loving and devoted family. She was born to the late Cleo "Rawhide" Bill Parker and Bessie Mae Hamrick in Cleveland County, NC. She is also predeceased by brothers, Buddy Parker, Alfred Parker, and Billy Parker; sisters, Mary Rogers, Beatrice Greene, Barbara Black and Shirley Edwards.

Left behind to cherish her memories is her spouse of 25 years, Robert Lee Sipes; Stepsons, Tony Sipes and Aaron Sipe; 3 grandchildren, Chase, Hunter, and Jordan Sipes; brother, Clyde Parker; brother-in-law, Cecil Sipes; sister-in-law, Janet Styles; numerous nieces and nephews; special nieces and nephews, Susan Shugart, Darrel Black and Todd Black; very special friends, Shelly McNeely, Sandy Shaffer, Evelyn King and Annett Whaley.

Jane was a member at Blessed Way Baptist Church. She worked as a Lab Technician at Fasco Controls for  25 years where she was forced to leave in 1997 due to COPD.  She loved trout fishing and hiking the mountains. She loved her nieces and nephews. She will forever remain in our hearts.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Christian Fellowship, 2951 Philadelphia Road, Lawndale, NC 28090.
