Barry Dale Adkins

Mr. Barry Adkins, age 71 passed away at Atrium Healthcare Cleveland on April 27, 2025.

Barry is survived by his wife, Betty of the home. His stepmother Laura W. Adkins; three sons, Brandon, Brad, and Bryan Adkins. One daughter, Brittany Adkins; and grandchildren Kason and Brielle. Two brothers, David Adkins (Joyce) and Chris Adkins (Aleeta). A nephew Shane Adkins(Hayley); great nephews Corban and Justin, and a great niece Savannah.

He was preceded in death by his parents the late Albert B Adkins and Sarah H. Adkins. A nephew Kyle and a niece Melissa.

Barry was retired after 29 years at Curtis Wright Co.  He also loved to coach football at Union Elementary youth teams and had many wonderful experiences being part of the lives of those kids. he loved to go 4 wheeling and he played football at Crest High School during his high school years, he was proud to be an Alumni of Crest.

Barrys Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday,  May 8th at Sandy Run Baptist Church, 210 East Church Street Mooresboro NC from 5 - 6 P.M. Pastor Jeff Queen officiating.
