Aurora Leighann Bell

ELLENBORO - Aurora Leighann Bell, the beautiful princess daughter of Cindy Bell Cook, was cradled back into Her Heavenly Father's arms Saturday, January 29, 2022. She came into this world on July 19, 2021 so tiny and so early. Her and twin sister, Ariel Grace Bell, were named for Disney Princesses Sleeping Beauty and the Little Mermaid. Aurora was certainly a true princess who loved to sleep and smile. 

In addition to her mother and twin sister, she leaves behind to cherish her memories her sisters, Alexis Cook of Hickory and Olyve Sutphin of Myrtle Beach, SC; brother, Gavin Cook of Hickory; grandparents, Jeffery and Miriam Bell of Ellenboro; great-grandparents, Hugh and Myra Graham of Shelby and Joan Bell of Shelby; aunt, Rachel Bell of Charlotte; aunt and uncle, Abby B. and Brandon Garlock of Shelby; great aunt and uncle, Julie and Chad McGinnis of Rutherfordton; cousins, Phineas Garlock and Penelope Garlock of Shelby; beloved pets, Ruger and Fancy.

She is predeceased by her great-grandfather, Jerry Bell of Shelby.

Funeral Services will be held for Aurora at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 06, 2022 at Elizabeth Baptist Church, 301 North Post Road, Shelby, NC 28152 with Dr. Rit Varriale and Pastor Frank Mendez officiating.. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Aurora will be laid to rest immediately following the service at the Elizabeth Baptist Church Cemetery, Shelby, NC.
