MOORESBORO - Anna Catherine Smith, 45, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021. She is predeceased by her her parents, Hershel and Patty Wall Slaughter; brother, Luke Slaughter.
Anna leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Phil Smith; sisters, Ginger Ledbetter, Crissy Mathis and Lillion Slaughter; nephews, Todd Ledbetter, Jr, David Ledbetter, Toby Ledbetter, Jamie Clayton, Jon Clayton, Joey Clayton and Caleb Mathis; nieces, Amanda Ledbetter, Angel Ledbetter, Amy Ledbetter and Taylor Hutchins; dogs, Panda and Judas.
She loved her dogs and growing flowers. She loved spending time with her family and friends and loved her them very much. She will forever be in our hearts.
Services are being held on December 2, 2021 at Robert Morgan Rutherford Chapel 124 Fairhope St Forest City at 3:00 pm.
