He is able and eager to provide the necessary help and encouragement to all those brokenhearted in order to cope. God promise to soon eradicate death once and for all. God will wipe out every tear from their eyes therefore, causing shouts of joy being reunite with dear love ones. Revelation chapter 21 verses 3,4.
