Sheila Ann (Dorsey) Lewis

GASTONIA - Sheila Ann Dorsey Lewis, 70, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 05, 2019. She is predeceased by her husband, Wayne Lewis; parents, Charlie and Monteen Cook Dorsey.

Left to cherish her memory is her children Kimberly Boone, Jeanie Ford, Johnboy Boone; grandchildren, Amber Boone, Johnathon Boone, Joseph Boone, Shane Vestal, Jessica Vestal and Justin Vestal.

When the Lord made Shelia Lewis he took his time and made the most perfect Moma, MawMaw, wife and friend anyone could ask for. Shelia had a heart that no one could understand, no matter what you did or how. Shelia worked at AMP in Gastonia for ten years. She enjoyed gardening, being outside and rocking on her front porch. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She will truly be missed by all of those who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 4:00 PM at Love Memorial Baptist Church,  311 E Walnut Ave, Gastonia, NC 28054. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
