KINGS MOUNTAIN - Reginald Lawrence Barber, 72, born May 23, 1946 died in his home on Wednesday, August 1, 2018. Reggie Barber known to most as "Pop" passed away after battling cancer. He was born to the late Lawrence and Marie Wilson Barber in Gaston County.

Pop leaves behind a son, Scott Barber and daughter, Crystal Deputy.

Pop served in the United States Army National Guard. He worked as a Machinist for most of his life and enjoyed fishing. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be missed by many and remain in our hearts forever.

The family would like to thank Gaston Hospice for all of their loving hands that touched our Pop.

No services are planned at this time.
