Maxine Correll Obituary
YORK, SC - Maxine Fay Ross Correll, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. She was born to the late Amos L. and Mary Grace Kyukendall Ross in Gaston County. She is also predeceased by her son, Bobby Davis, Jr.; grandson, Justin Ervin.
Maxine left behind to cherish her memories her husband, Kenneth Earl Correll of the home; daughters, Debra Baxter of Forest City and Dawn Davis of Charlotte; a sister, Betty Short of Kings Mountain; two grandchildren, Henry Dusharm of New York and Lauren Baxter of Forest City.
She was retired from Hoechst Celanese. She enjoyed embroidery, sowing, yard work, visiting family and friends, bird watching, word search puzzles and homemaking. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Robert Morgan Funeral and Cremation Service, LLC of Boiling Springs, NC with Rev. Kathy Houser officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
