Donna Ann (Ramsey) Beigel

SHELBY - Donna Ann Ramsey Beigel, 66, of Derby, KS went to be with her Lord on Thursday, January 10, 2019 while at Peak Resources, Shelby, NC surrounded by her loving and devoted family. She was born in Cherryville, NC.

Donna leaves behind to cherish her memories her son, Matthew Beigel (Amber) of Derby, KS; daughter, Amy Steadman (Jared) of Derby, KS; grandchildren, Kira Alvey (13), Ava Beigel (8), Ethan Beigel (6), Madison Steadman (15), Kyle Miller (11) and Lily Steadman (5); parents, D.B. and Ann Ramsey of Cherryville, NC; brother, Mike Ramsey (Janice) of Crouse, NC.

Donna worked as a Nurse at the Veterans Administration Hospital. She was in the United States Air Force from December 1977 until November 1980 as a Navigation Systems Specialist. She enjoyed spending time with her children and especially her grandchildren. She was an amazing person and will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at First Presbyterian Church, 107 West Academy Street, Cherryville, NC 28021. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service.
