ELLENBORO - Debra Lynn Hernandaz, 59, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at her residence. She is predeceased by her parents, George and Helen Brooks Thomas.

Debra leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Julio Hernandaz; son, Christopher George Mullinax; daughter, Mikisha Akers and husband, Angel Akers; nine grandchildren, Nevianna, Elijah, Jacob and Christina Mullinax, Brittany Trotter, Shannice Lopez Carrinza, Nina Lopez Carranza and Amaya Akers; brother, Jimmy Thomas and wife, Sandi of Cliffside, NC.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 17, 2019 at Robert Morgan Funeral and Cremation Service, LLC, 132 East College Avenue, Shelby, NC with Pastor Jose Espinal officitaing.
