RUTHERFORDTON - Crystal Michelle Brakefield, 45, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at her home. She is the daughter of the late Woody and Lillian Brakefield. She is also predeceased by one brother, Marshall Jack Brakefield; one sister-in-law-law, Rebecca Lee Moss.

Crystal leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Carl Lee Avery Flowers, Jr.; three daughters, Brittany Lynn Brakefield, Heather Sierra Stone and Megan Stone; two grandsons, Caleb James England and Isaiah Paul Hope; three granddaughters, Aaleyah Stone, Brooklynn Carter and Aubrie Carter.

She was a loving and caring person that never met a stranger. She loved her Grandchildren more than anything, they were the light of her life. She had a beautiful soul and could make anyone laugh. She is gone too early but she can rest easy now. She is dancing in the sky on those Golden Roads.

A Memorial Service will be announced will be at a later date.
