Thomas "Tommy" Eugene Craig

LAWNDALE - Thomas "Tommy" Eugene Craig, 53, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. He was born on May 12, 1964 in Indianapolis. He was the son of Claude Lee and Patricia Craig. He was a hard worker and loved being outdoors. 

He is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Mildred Pochler; paternal grandparents, Bud and Virginia Craig.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of seven years, Crystal Craig; mother-in-law, Mary Ann Cook; three children, Ashley Craft (Barry) of Morganton, Heather Chavez (Chris) of Gastonia and Josh Craig (Michelle) of Connelley Springs; two step-children, Savanna and J.R. Parker; four sisters, Penny Martin (Steve) of Fallston, Tammy Cook (Chris) of Casar, Cathy Ramos (Mel) of California and Virginia Beckett (Brad) of Florida; two brothers, Butch Craig (Becky) of Connelley Springs and Robbie Craig (Mandy) of Connelley Springs; grandchildren, Caitlyn Craig, Isla and Pierce Chavez and Emerson Craft; step-grandchildren, Amber and Landon Butler; step-great-grandchildren, Madison and Kyleigh Roberson and Braylee and Paisley Watts; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.

Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, 8173 Old NC 18, Lawndale, NC 28090 with the Rev. Jackie Price officiating. Visitation held one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow at the church cemetery.
