Teresa Machelle (Evans) Evans

BLACKSBURG, South Carolina - Teresa Machelle Evans, 51, passed away at her residence on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016. She was born on December 23, 1964 in Cleveland County to the late Jerry and Mary Sisk Evans. She is also predeceased by one brother, Pastor John "Johnny" Evans.

Teresa leaves behind to cherish her memories her spouse, Michael Goforth; one daughter, Rebecca Ann Goforth; one step-daughter, Jennifer Scarborough and husband, Jeremy; one step-son, Ian Goforth; one brother, Randy Evans and wife, Terri; three granddaughters; three grandsons; two nieces and two nephews.

Wherever Teresa went she never met a stranger with her bright smile and bubbly personality. She attended and was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, loved to read her Bible, crochet and cook for her family especially on Holidays. She will be truly missed and loved always.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, 2016, at Rock Springs Baptist Church, 1184 Rock Springs Road, Blacksburg, S.C. 

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016, at Evans Family Cemetery on Little Creek Drive, Grover with Pastor Grady Gregory officiating.
