Priscilla Diane (Spain) Clary

CHARLOTTE - Priscilla "Diane" Clary, 66, passed away at Carolinas Medical Center - Main surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, August 26, 2017. A native of Cleveland County, she was born on February 20, 1951 to Lois Brooks Spain and the late Princeton Howard Spain. 

Diane leaves behind to cherish her memories one daughter, Kristi Michael and husband Dale; one son, Travis Clary and wife Jamie; two granddaughters, Savana Dobbins and Abby Michael; one grandson, Bode Michael; two sisters, Linda Brown and husband James, Pat Dotson and husband Ricky; a number of nieces and nephews; a very special cat, Romeo. 

Diane was a member of the Golden Girls softball team. She loved Christmas, Chinese food and spending time with her grandchildren especially when she couldn't say no to a McDonald's trip with them.She was also adventurous, she loved roller coasters, skydiving and cruising and her favorite television show was The Walking Dead. She always put her children and grandchildren first in all things and loved them very much. She will truly be missed and always loved.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 2nd from 3 PM to 6 PM at the home of Travis and Jamie Clary, 1321 Vista Drive Shelby, NC. Please drop by and share your favorite stories of Diane with her family and friends.
