We moved next door to Alice almost two years ago. Over the last two years we shared stories and meals. We learned what a loving and giving woman Ms. Alice was. She wanted to share everything from plants to ice cream. She loved her family and friends and through her stories I learned that she was ready to enter heaven. Our condolences go out not only to you, Michael, but to all of the nieces and nephews, and friends she left behind. We will miss her so, so much.

I always looked forward to going into Ms. McAfee's classroom. She was especially attuned to the children who needed the most attention, and, boy, did she provide it in her own special way! Funny and feisty are two words that mean Alice McAfee to me. My condolences to you, Michael. You meant the world to her.
