Joseph William Goode

SPARTANBURG - Mr. Joseph Goode, age 81, passed away at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He was born to the late Russell and Blanche Beachboard Goode on April 25, 1936 in Cleveland County.

Joseph leaves behind to cherish his memories to his wife, Patsy McEntire Goode of the home; daughter, Joni Goode Terry (JM) of Boiling Springs; two grandchildren, Brandon Terry (Whitney) of Kings Mountain and Brentt Terry (Thea Hardin) of Burlington, NC; three great-grandchildren, Ethan, Kallyn and Drew Terry of Kings Mountain.

He served in the Army during peace time. He will truly be missed by those who loved and knew him.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Trinity Baptist Church, 746 Trinity Church Road, Mooresboro, NC 28114 with Rev. Mike Frazier officiating with Interment following the service. Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:30 AM.
