Edwin Scott Waters

KINGS MOUNTAIN - Edwin Scott Waters, 53, transitioned to his eternal home surrounded by his children and family on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Cleveland County Hospice. He was born to the late Edwin Claude and Nancy Bridges Waters in Kings Mountain.He is also predeceased by his spouse, Kimberly Barber Waters; 

Edwin leaves behind to cherish his memories his sons, Jeffery Waters (Kelly), Logan Waters (fiance' Paige Depatter) and Zachary Griffin; daughter, Chastity Burns(fiance' Timothy Singleton); grandchildren, Jayden Waters, Anaya Gashl, Grayson, Waters, Chance Burns and Harmony Singleton; sister, Denise Waters Davis (Oscar).

He was a beloved father, grandfather and brother who loved and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Wendover for their great care.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Christian Freedom Baptist Church, 246 Range Road, Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
