Barbara Joyce Ann (Martin) Taylor

GASTONIA - Barbara Joyce Ann (Martin) Taylor, 73, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. Barbara was a retired office manager who enjoyed family, traveling and meeting new people. Barbara will be forever in our hearts and truly missed by everyone who knew her, she was a smart, beautiful and classy lady.

Barbara, a devoted mother and grandmother, leaves behind two sons, Richard Scott Taylor and Lee Martin Taylor, four grandchildren, Brandon Scott Taylor, Martin Gage Taylor, Baleigh Nicole Taylor, Brooke Riley Taylor and four siblings, Jack Douglas Martin, Johnny Carl Martin, Patricia Martin-Wilemon, and Michael Vaughn Martin. She was preceded in death by sister Shirley Jane Martin and both parents, Howard Vaughn Martin and Edith Mae (Martin) Posey.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday April 15, 2017 at Westview Gardens Cemetery, 1123 Edgewood Rd., Bessemer City, NC 28016.
